本课题组在采用流体动力学方法制备二维纳米材料方面,做出了许多有创新性的研究成果。制备的石墨烯和六方氮化硼平均厚度约1.5nm,没有污染。相关成果被发表在Nanotechnology、Carbon、Nanoscale、Chemical Communications、Applied Physics Letters、RSC Advances等1区杂志上,同时也获批了多项发明专利。
