√ For Beihang Training Center, fill the booking form, and email it to asv14@buaa.edu.cn and cc quyuan@buaa.edu.cn before May 1st 2017, the local organization of ASV14 will make a reservation and contact with you later.

Room Cancellation
√ For Vision Hotel, room cancellation without charge is allowed until 1 day before the arrival. If no cancellation is made, the reserved room will be kept by 1 day with charge.
√ For Beihang Training Center, room cancellation without charge is allowed until 1 day before the arrival, but will not be kept after the arrival day.

BUAA locates in the northwest of Beijing, 30km away from the Beijing International Airport, easy access to public transport system, and close to most of the famous tourist sites in Beijing.
